Registration Fees & Procedures:

 

September 15, 2018: registration deadline for participants planning to make a report, and for uploading the text of the report. For registration and uploading, please use your personal account  or send us an e-mail: waste@etu.ru. Please note that your report should satisfy the requirements [1] in order to be included in the main book of reports.

September 27, 2018: registration deadline for participants not planning to make a report. For registration, please use your personal account  or send us an e-mail: waste@etu.ru.

The organising committee reserves the right to reject any received applications for participation in the conference.

The International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the partner of SPbGETU “LETI”. The reports of the conference participants meeting the necessary requirements [2] will be consolidated into an additional book of reports, placed in the collection of the IEEE Xplore electronic library, and submitted to the international scientific citation base (SCOPUS) for indexing. This additional book of reports will be sent to the authors when ready.

Organizational fee per participant:

  • publication of an additional report, incl. its placement in the IEEE library and submission to SCOPUS for indexing;
  • additional conference materials;
  • coffee break;
  • dinner;
  • attendance of the expo;
  • social programme.
