Requirements

In order to be indexed in the Scopus database (by being published in the IEEE Xplore), the report must meet the following requirements:

One of the authors of the report must be an IEEE member.
The report should be done on-site. (Use of Russian language during presentation is acceptable).
The report should be made both in Russian (4 pages), and in English (translation).
One author can not publish more than 2 reports. The texts of the reports prepared by the authors who are IEEE members will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore electronic library for indexing in SCOPUS.

In the copyright form, it is necessary to fill in the fields “TITLE OF PAPER”, “COMPLETE LIST OF AUTHORS” and “IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE”. The author (or their authorized agent) must subscribe in column (1), including print full name and date. Columns (2) and (3) do not apply to Russian citizens.
